Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR, operations, data support, or a related environment.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle activities, or strong willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
- Foundational analytical skills and comfort working with data and spreadsheets.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to learn new systems, tools, workflows, and processes quickly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to organize multiple tasks and priorities.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to seek guidance and escalate issues.
Responsibilities
- Support routine employee lifecycle transactions and processes, including job changes, transfers, terminations, and other employee updates.
- Enter, update, and validate employee lifecycle information across HRIS and related systems.
- Identify basic data discrepancies, correct errors, and escalate complex issues.
- Provide Tier 1 support for routine lifecycle-related questions.
- Assist with testing system updates, enhancements, and process changes.
- Compile and organize lifecycle data to support operational reporting.
- Prepare basic reports, tables, and summaries using Excel.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of standard operating procedures and process documentation.
- Support lifecycle initiatives and assigned project tasks.
