Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in career coaching, career services, or professional development coaching
- Prior teaching, training, or facilitation experience with adult learners
- Excellent written English with a strong editorial eye
- Comfortable revising and adapting existing content while maintaining brand voice
- Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
- Strong knowledge of resume/CV norms by market, interview coaching frameworks, and career pathway design
- Ability to perform market and cultural research
- Ability to actively listen to feedback from learners, program staff, and subject matter experts
Responsibilities
- Review and revise existing PD/career development content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with program and regional requirements
- Use GenAI to Localize materials for specific target markets (e.g. converting US-default language, spelling, and terminology to regional equivalents)
- Update and maintain PD content across multiple formats (PPTX, PDF, DOCX), preserving Correlation One branding
- Audit and iterate on the current content library
- Collaborate with other content developers and peer review materials
- Participate in weekly and ad hoc meetings with the C1 content developer
