Requirements
- 4+ years of accounts receivable, collections, or general accounting experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Amazon marketplaces, specifically Seller Central and Merch by Amazon.
- Experience managing chargebacks and disputes.
- Proficient with accounting ERP systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Responsibilities
- Invoice customers in both their vendor portals and our ERP system.
- Process and apply incoming payments accurately across multiple platforms.
- Monitor customer accounts for overdue balances and follow up with professionalism.
- Manage chargebacks and disputes end-to-end, including documentation and resolution tracking.
- Reconcile transactions and revenue from Amazon Seller Central and Merch by Amazon.
- Collaborate with Sales, Ops, and Customer Success to address billing issues.
- Maintain organized financial records, prepare reports, and support audits.
- Assist with month-end close and cash forecasting.
