- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Partnering, executive search, or a similar capacity.
- Strong experience recruiting technical profiles in the US.
- Comprehensive understanding of the US technology ecosystem.
- Experience recruiting within AI, ML, infrastructure, cloud, developer tools, or other highly technical environments.
- Demonstrated ability to engage credibly with senior engineers, technical leaders, and founders.
- Strong network or clear evidence of ability to build one in technical communities.
- Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving, evolving startup environment.
- Strong ownership mentality and willingness to assist with broader People and company-building topics.
- Nice to have: Existing network within the AI/ML ecosystem.
- Nice to have: Experience in an early-stage or high-growth startup.
- Nice to have: Experience helping an international company scale its US presence.
- Nice to have: Exposure to US People Ops, employment, or benefits topics.
Responsibilities
- Own and support hiring for strategic roles including AI/ML, Infrastructure, Software Engineering, Product, and Leadership.
- Partner directly with founders and senior leaders to define role requirements rather than just executing on open lists.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with engineers, founders, and technical leaders within the US AI ecosystem.
- Represent Runware at meetups, conferences, and industry events to enhance company presence.
- Support the establishment of Runware Inc. by assisting with US employment practices, onboarding, benefits, and local vendor coordination.
