Requirements
- 3-5 years hands-on experience in a GTM Engineering, RevOps, or Growth Engineering role.
- Expert-level proficiency in Clay (complex table architecture, conditional logic, AI columns, custom JavaScript, HTTP API integrations, waterfall enrichment).
- Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS GTM motions (ICP definition, account-based outbound, buying committee mapping, intent data).
- Proven track record building outbound or lead enrichment systems that drove measurable pipeline impact.
- Strong working knowledge of the modern GTM stack: Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6sense, Bombora, Slack.
- Comfortable writing API calls, working with webhooks, and reading JSON.
- Excellent spoken and written English with proactive communication skills.
- Availability for full-time hours Monday to Friday with Sydney business hour overlap.
- Reliable internet, own equipment, and a quiet working environment.
Responsibilities
- Audit the existing GTM stack to identify and rebuild high-leverage workflows.
- Design and ship complex Clay tables using multiple data providers, AI agents, and webhook integrations.
- Connect Clay outputs into CRM, sequencers, Slack, and BI tools to provide actionable data.
- Map account hierarchies and identify trigger events to support signal-based selling.
- Present technical workflows, logic, and trade-offs to senior commercial stakeholders.
- Manage documentation and maintain workflow ownership with minimal oversight.
