Requirements
- Deep, hands-on AI fluency with experience building with LLMs, automation platforms, or AI agents.
- Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare, including health system economics, rural and critical access hospital dynamics, 340B status, and payer mix.
- 3–8+ years of experience in RevOps, sales engineering, GTM engineering, or growth roles, ideally at a healthtech startup.
- Comfortable with HubSpot or Salesforce administration.
- Proficiency in SQL and no-code/low-code automation tools like Zapier, Make, or Clay.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Mission-aligned, results-oriented, and decisive mindset.
- Experience selling into health systems or navigating hospital buying committees.
Responsibilities
- Own the number one metric that matters: the daily volume of qualified meetings booked with rural and health system decision-makers.
- Design and run agentic outbound workflows, including automated research, AI-drafted outreach, and intelligent lead scoring.
- Build and maintain the rural health system target list and scoring model based on 340B status, payer mix, bed count, and service gaps.
- Stand up AI SDR agent tooling to automate prospecting, follow-up, and scheduling to shrink time-to-first-touch.
- Continuously test and optimize outbound messaging, channels, and sequencing using an experimentation mindset.
- Own the RevOps backbone, including CRM architecture in HubSpot, attribution tracking, and pipeline reporting.
- Partner with the GTM and sales team to ensure meetings convert into real pipeline and coach the team on AI tool adoption.
