Responsibilities
- Manage several Engineering Managers on a daily basis ("manager of managers").
- Identify key strengths and areas of improvement for developers to support their professional growth.
- Collaborate with product managers and product design managers to ensure quality and efficiency standards.
- Participate in setting up appropriate engineering processes as the team grows.
- Provide leadership within the senior tech community at Pennylane.
- Work on cross-team or transversal initiatives to impact Pennylane at scale.
