Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Instructional Design, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years building technical training, curriculum, or enablement content for developers or implementation consultants.
- Hands-on experience building, configuring, and deploying AI agents using frameworks/SDKs like LangChain, LangGraph, or Anthropic's Claude Agent SDK.
- Practical understanding of AI agent concepts: tool/function calling, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), context/memory management, and multi-agent orchestration.
- Ability to read and understand Java code architecture for minor development or debugging.
- Strong foundational knowledge of REST APIs and experience with Git or Postman.
- Experience designing hands-on labs, sandbox exercises, and instructor-led courses or eLearning.
- Ability to quickly ramp up on complex enterprise SaaS platforms like Veeva Vault.
- Strong technical writing and communication skills to explain complex concepts.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills for leading live demos and workshops.
- Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity in defining curriculum for new capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Design and build hands-on training and lab environments that teach technical learners how to build, configure, and deploy custom AI agents on the platform.
- Build working AI agent demos and reference implementations from scratch to anchor training content and live demonstrations.
- Translate practical challenges of Agentic AI—such as tool/function calling, context management, prompt design, and guardrails—into clear learning experiences.
- Own and maintain advanced technical courses that require coding in Java and working with REST APIs.
- Build and maintain hands-on lab environments, sample code, and sandbox data mirroring real implementation scenarios.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to get early access to new features and build courseware alongside General release.
- Collaborate with Professional Services, Managed Services, and Customer Support to identify pain points and address them with curriculum.
