Requirements
- Previous experience as a Sales Account Executive or similar sales role.
- Proven experience managing opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
- Strong closing and negotiation skills.
- Excellent presentation and product demonstration skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong follow-up and pipeline management skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales opportunities.
- USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature.
- Working Webcam.
- Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM.
- Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection.
- Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps.
Responsibilities
- Conduct 30–45 minute Zoom product demonstrations for prospective customers.
- Answer customer questions regarding the platform and services.
- Follow up with prospects after product demonstrations.
- Manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
- Close new customer subscriptions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates.
- Transition newly closed customers to the Customer Success team.
- Attend international trade shows when required, approximately 2–3 times annually.
