Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in financial planning, financial analysis, FP&A, or related finance function.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
- Previous people management or leadership experience.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Strong understanding of forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, cost management, and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong business partnering skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience in gaming, entertainment, technology, subscription, or live-service business models is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working across geographically distributed teams.
- MBA or advanced finance certification is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis for Sound and Music teams.
- Oversee finance support for broader Creative Arts, Localisation, and Co-Development activities.
- Partner with business leaders and budget owners to identify financial risks, opportunities, and trade-offs.
- Prepare executive-level reporting and presentations on financial performance and variance drivers.
- Support cost optimisation initiatives by identifying efficiency opportunities and strengthening planning discipline.
- Manage cost allocation methodologies, rate-setting, and project tracking processes.
- Develop ad hoc financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions.
- Drive standardisation and automation across planning and reporting processes.
- Manage, coach, and develop two finance analysts.
