Job Details

7–10 years of experience in financial planning, financial analysis, FP&A, or related finance function.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
Previous people management or leadership experience.
Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
Strong understanding of forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, cost management, and financial reporting.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong business partnering skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
Experience in gaming, entertainment, technology, subscription, or live-service business models is preferred.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative mindset with experience working across geographically distributed teams.
MBA or advanced finance certification is an advantage.

Lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis for Sound and Music teams.
Oversee finance support for broader Creative Arts, Localisation, and Co-Development activities.
Partner with business leaders and budget owners to identify financial risks, opportunities, and trade-offs.
Prepare executive-level reporting and presentations on financial performance and variance drivers.
Support cost optimisation initiatives by identifying efficiency opportunities and strengthening planning discipline.
Manage cost allocation methodologies, rate-setting, and project tracking processes.
Develop ad hoc financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions.
Drive standardisation and automation across planning and reporting processes.
Manage, coach, and develop two finance analysts.
