Requirements
- 8+ years of total experience with a mix of 3-5 years in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy.
- 3-5 years of operational or Chief of Staff experience within high-growth organizations.
- Track record of leading complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives from concept through execution.
- Experience supporting executive leadership teams and preparing Board-level materials.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, business judgment, and structured problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong program management skills with exceptional organizational discipline.
- High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and discretion.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity within a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the CEO on company strategy, organizational priorities, and executive decision-making.
- Develop and evaluate enterprise strategic priorities, build decision frameworks, and present data-driven recommendations.
- Produce strategic analyses, executive briefings, and Board materials to drive high-quality decision-making.
- Own and improve the executive operating cadence, quarterly planning, and business review processes.
- Apply AI and emerging technologies to streamline planning, reporting, and knowledge management.
- Build scalable operating mechanisms and reporting to track strategic initiatives and organizational performance.
- Lead high-priority, cross-functional enterprise initiatives from planning through execution.
- Coordinate executive communications, Board messaging, and investor updates in partnership with functional leaders.
