Job Details

12+ years of related professional experience.
Direct experience as an engineer, EM, or technical program leader inside a software organization.
Proven experience serving as a strategic partner or Chief of Staff to a CTO, Head of Engineering, VP of Engineering, or other senior technical executive.
Track record of diagnosing organizational or operational problems, designing a plan, and tracking execution progress.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence senior leaders, facilitate complex decisions, and create alignment.
Ability to navigate fast-moving environments and turn unstructured challenges into clear, repeatable practices.
Demonstrated personal fluency with AI tools in daily work, including applying AI to improve organizational processes.
Proven ability to translate strategy into clear organizational priorities and measurable outcomes.

Serve as a senior organizational leader and strategic partner to the Head of Engineering and the Engineering Leadership Team.
Shape how the Engineering organization operates, makes decisions, and executes against critical goals.
Drive impact through influence, collaboration, and organizational insight rather than formal authority.
Own key operational rhythms while diagnosing friction and designing plans for cross-functional execution.
Bring innovative thinking to team operations, leveraging modern tools and AI to remove toil across the department.
Translate company and technology strategy into clear organizational priorities, operating plans, and measurable outcomes.
