Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
- Experience within a B2B SaaS or Fintech environment.
- Experience integrating customer-facing AI or agentic workflows into production.
- Demonstrated knowledge of security frameworks and best practices (OWASP).
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to act independently.
- Experience in a high-growth environment scaling platforms for millions of users (nice to have).
- Proficiency with .NET, C#, and Angular (nice to have).
- Mastery of SQL Server, MongoDB, and Redis (nice to have).
- Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms (nice to have).
- Familiarity with messaging systems like RabbitMQ or Azure Service Bus (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Lead feature development through all stages of the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate on feature ideation through deployment.
- Ship code impacting hundreds of thousands of users.
- Integrate customer-facing AI or agentic workflows into production environments.
- Work directly with customers from feature inception to ongoing support.
