Requirements

- Three to five years of relevant project management experience in a healthcare communications environment.
- Ability to grasp and retain scientific information.
- Strong technical aptitude.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Proven experience successfully leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong financial management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and faculty members.
- Manage timely and professional written and verbal communications with clients and faculty.
- Develop, monitor, and reconcile individual project budgets.
- Facilitate multidisciplinary project teams to ensure on-time, within-budget performance.
- Oversee project activities including faculty recruitment, content development, logistics, and material production.
- Schedule and conduct project meetings and establish time and event schedules.
