Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in solutions consulting, technical consulting, implementation strategy, or similar customer-facing roles.
- Strong understanding of business systems, applications, data flows, authentication, and API integrations.
- Experience in direct mail, print manufacturing, logistics, fulfillment, shipping, or EDI environments.
- Understanding of USPS mail preparation, Intelligent Mail barcodes, PostalOne!, Mail.dat/Mail.XML, or PAF requirements.
- Proficiency in translating ambiguous requirements into clear technical designs and implementation plans.
- Ability to partner effectively with engineering teams to guide integrations and troubleshoot technical blockers.
- Familiarity with modern development tools and AI-assisted coding tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel for project scoping, working sessions, testing, and launch support.
Responsibilities
- Own new customer implementations from verbal commitment through the first 30 days in production.
- Lead technical discovery and scoping, including existing systems, workflows, data requirements, and integration architecture.
- Travel to customer and partner locations for project scoping, technical working sessions, testing, and launch support.
- Develop technical implementation plans defining requirements, dependencies, and testing criteria.
- Configure customer profiles and integrations across internal systems and with commingle partners.
- Troubleshoot API requests, JSON payloads, authentication, and integration errors.
- Collaborate with Engineering to scope custom technical requirements and platform changes.
