Requirements
- 2-4 years of professional experience in product, consulting, business analysis, or related fields.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Ability to work from first principles and dive deep into complex regulatory and legal systems.
- Strong writing skills for producing specs, trade-off analyses, and updates.
- Experience facilitating alignment sessions with multiple stakeholders.
- Pragmatic approach to simplifying complex user experiences.
- Comfortable operating with incomplete information.
- Ability to accept and apply feedback quickly.
- High level of drive and curiosity.
Responsibilities
- Lead the scope and decisions for migrating the HR-admin tool to a new information architecture to support a full salary platform.
- Own a continuous improvement backlog informed by support data, customer feedback, and product insights.
- Identify leverage points where new capabilities reduce support volume and engineering burden while delivering value for HR-admins.
- Communicate strategic trade-offs clearly to engineering, support, leadership, and customers.
- Collaborate with the tech lead, designers, and CPO to execute an ambitious product roadmap.
