- 3+ years leading large-scale business transformation initiatives or system deployments.
- Proven track record owning end-to-end platform implementations, including go-live readiness and data migration.
- Deep experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM/ERP platforms.
- Mastery of data governance, master data management, and data quality frameworks.
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Executive presence with decision-making authority in high-stakes environments.
- Preferred: Experience in healthcare, medical device, or SaaS environments.
- Preferred: Familiarity with Salesforce integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, ETL).
- Preferred: Background in operations, supply chain, or field service management.
- Preferred: Experience with Agile delivery models or SAFe.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end validation of business requirements and define the approved go-live scope baseline in Jira.
- Translate approved requirements into Salesforce workflows and manage scope, timeline, and delivery risk.
- Establish data quality thresholds and define master data governance for core entities like Account, Vendor, and Asset.
- Manage the UAT acceptance framework, oversee defect classification, and decide on launch-blocking issues.
- Lead release readiness reviews and provide the final go/no-go recommendation for deployments.
- Facilitate governance cadences with steering committees to resolve open decisions and manage stakeholder expectations.
