Requirements
- 15+ years of experience building client relationships and expanding business within commercial and/or public-sector markets.
- Demonstrated success in a senior business development or sales leadership position.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals through CRM-based pipeline and account management.
- Experience managing business development opportunities via CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
- Demonstrated ability to lead sales functions for high-value, complex projects and long-cycle pursuits.
- Working knowledge of commercial and public-sector construction projects.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel for client meetings, trade shows, jobsite walks, and pre-bid meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, engineering, or construction discipline.
- Experience with structural strengthening, repair, or infrastructure construction solutions is highly valuable.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and track commercial and public-market business plans to expand structural strengthening services.
- Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, engineers, and owners across North America.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities into profitable projects through strategic account management.
- Lead and mentor the sales team in developing strategic accounts and opening new markets.
- Collaborate with engineering, estimating, and construction operations teams to develop technically appropriate solutions.
- Manage project pipelines and account activity using CRM platforms like Salesforce.
- Deliver compelling technical presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
