Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in clinical site payments, clinical operations, or clinical trial financial processes.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial payment processes, including CTAs, budgets, amendments, and reconciliation.
- Proven experience developing and governing complex business processes in a global environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, formulas) and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SharePoint, Smartsheet, and Power BI.
- Strong experience working with clinical payment vendor platforms and clinical trial systems.
- Knowledge of CTMS, SAP, Ariba, Agiloft, or Oracle is preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong project management and analytical capabilities.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research environment is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own, develop, and improve end-to-end global Clinical Site Payments processes.
- Establish standardized workflows, governance standards, and training materials.
- Configure clinical sites in vendor payment platforms for CTAs and budget amendments.
- Manage the clinical payment metrics framework, including dashboards, KPIs, and reporting.
- Partner cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Compliance to ensure data accuracy and process alignment.
- Perform reconciliation between executed CTAs, approved budgets, and payment activity.
