Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline (higher degree preferred).
- 8+ years of progressive experience in clinical research within biotech, pharma, or CRO industry.
- Advanced knowledge of clinical operations methodologies and study processes.
- Proven project management experience in global clinical studies.
- Oncology experience preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office, project planning applications, and Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS).
- Ability to independently lead global clinical studies.
Responsibilities
- Lead the global cross-functional study team and act as the primary point of escalation for study-related issues.
- Manage assigned clinical studies from feasibility through closeout activities, including timeline management and site selection.
- Ensure study compliance with protocol, SOPs, ICH/GCP, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee study budget, vendor management, and financial forecasting.
- Develop and maintain critical study documents, plans, and systems including TMF and RBQM processes.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive study delivery and site activation.
