Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant.
- Experience delivering at least 6 greenfield implementations involving multiple ServiceNow modules.
- Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- ServiceNow Learning Business Process Analyst Practitioner or Business Process Analyst Professional badge.
- Experience with Agile and hybrid Waterfall/Agile delivery methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of NowCreate and ServiceNow best practices.
- Proven ability to document high-quality user stories and business requirements.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% for client engagements.
Responsibilities
- Lead business process consulting activities across ServiceNow implementations.
- Facilitate client workshops, discovery sessions, and collaborative working meetings to gather requirements.
- Define, document, and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements.
- Demonstrate out-of-the-box ServiceNow functionality for stakeholders.
- Support implementations across multiple ServiceNow modules, including CSM, HRSD, SPM, GRC, and AI Agents.
- Develop and execute end-to-end User Acceptance Testing plans.
- Analyze process data and develop KPIs to recommend efficiency improvements.
- Support project planning, status reporting, and risk management in hybrid Waterfall/Scrum environments.
