Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Test Engineer in an Agile software development environment.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- Security+ certification or equivalent (must be obtainable).
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow requirements gathering and testing.
- Proficiency with REST API integrations.
- Experience developing and managing user stories and acceptance criteria in Agile environments.
- Experience with ServiceNow test management, test execution, and test script creation.
- Strong understanding of functional, integration, and regression testing practices.
- Ability to work remotely during core hours of 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Eastern Time.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements-gathering sessions to define functional and technical business processes.
- Translate business needs into system requirements and Agile user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Manage and prioritize user-story backlogs in collaboration with the Product Owner.
- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate user stories.
- Execute functional and integration testing to identify and track defects for resolution.
- Collaborate with architects and developers on REST API integrations and release scope.
- Support Government Acceptance Testing and maintain documentation within ServiceNow.
- Assist with production support activities to resolve operational issues.
