Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, outbound lead generation, B2B sales, or a call center environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Exceptional telephone presence and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven prospecting and lead qualification abilities with high-volume outbound activity.
- Strong CRM experience and proficiency with virtual calling platforms and sales technology.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple prospects and follow-ups.
- Ability to build and manage a sales pipeline while maintaining accurate CRM data.
- Strong customer relationship management and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Willingness to undertake occasional travel for meetings, training, and dealer events.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and target small and medium-sized businesses with commercial fleets ranging from approximately 10 to 100 vehicles.
- Generate new sales opportunities through high-volume outbound cold calling, email campaigns, and digital prospecting.
- Introduce prospective customers to commercial vehicle offerings and relevant dealer solutions.
- Build, qualify, and nurture a strong sales pipeline based on fleet size and business needs.
- Conduct discovery conversations to identify customer requirements such as cargo, towing, and vehicle type.
- Partner closely with Regional Managers to hand off well-qualified leads for field sales.
- Connect buyers with local dealer partners for demonstrations and purchasing.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and pipeline status within the CRM.
