Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requests and remain composed in high-pressure environments.
- Familiarity with databases, web architectures, and technical troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, TCP/UDP).
- Understanding of authentication and security technologies (2FA/MFA, SSO, biometrics).
- Basic understanding of LAMP/MEAN stacks, SQL, HTML, JavaScript, PHP, APIs, and SOAP.
- Basic knowledge of Java and SSL/TLS encryption.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for external customers, receiving, documenting, and responding to technical questions and support requests.
- Provide timely and professional assistance through channels including phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues across fraud management, authentication, web applications, databases, networks, and related technologies.
- Resolve straightforward requests independently while appropriately escalating complex or high-impact issues.
- Gather information from multiple databases and web architectures to investigate and resolve customer problems.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical troubleshooting steps.
- Create and update knowledge base content for internal teams and customers.
- Collaborate with product development, engineering, and sales teams to resolve customer issues.
- Participate in a 24/7/365 support organization, including rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
