6+ years of experience in business analysis or product development in the data and analytics industry.
4+ years of experience in a client-facing consulting environment.
Demonstrated ability to facilitate interviews and workshops across organizational levels.
Ability to translate ambiguous needs into structured requirements and user stories.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Expertise in Agile life cycles and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or Visio.
Hands-on experience leveraging AI to accelerate day-to-day BA activities.
Understanding of adoption and change management approaches.
Proven ability to coach and mentor project team members.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Lead high-impact interviews and workshops with executives and stakeholders to define project vision, scope, and success metrics.
Map As-Is and To-Be value streams, identifying process bottlenecks and automation or AI opportunities.
Document functional and non-functional requirements, including user stories, data requirements, and AI model guardrails.
Navigate organizational hierarchies to build consensus and support project rollout through training and communication.
Partner with architects and developers to oversee design implementation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Utilize Generative AI tools like Claude and Glean to accelerate analysis and documentation.
Establish and maintain strong customer relationships as a trusted advisor.
