Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in data, digital products, or Business Intelligence.
- 3+ years of professional experience in a consulting environment.
- Fluent English at C1+ level for client presentations and training.
- Fluent Spanish for client presentations across Latin America.
- Fluent Portuguese.
- Practical knowledge of ETL processes and data workflows.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, and ECharts.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Power Query, and Jira.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Familiarity with fundamental machine learning concepts.
- Experience writing and using AI prompts for analytical workflows.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage and implement global digital products and data-driven solutions for internal and external clients.
- Lead projects throughout the full lifecycle, including kickoff, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and support.
- Identify opportunities to automate and standardize processes across product modules.
- Apply AI and automation tools to accelerate delivery and support multilingual configurations.
- Prepare client-facing documentation, reports, and presentations using tools like PowerPoint.
- Deliver configuration and product implementation training to global teams and stakeholders.
- Execute unit testing and quality assurance activities across products and projects.
- Transform data into clear narratives through data storytelling for technical and business audiences.
- Collaborate with geographically distributed cross-functional teams and Client Success departments.
- Participate in Agile methodologies and contribute to continuous process improvement.
