Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be physically located within the United States.

- Must be comfortable conducting virtual client appointments.
- Must be willing to complete required virtual training.
- Must hold or be willing to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Show strong organization and time-management abilities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual client appointments via Zoom and phone.
- Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits to clients.
- Provide personalized guidance and assist with the application and enrollment process.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through trust and communication.
- Assist clients with policy service requests, beneficiary updates, and claims navigation.
- Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up documentation.
- Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and professional development.
