Requirements
- At least one year’s experience in a Call Centre role answering phone calls and emails
- Persuasive communication skills
- Sales oriented with the ability to identify sales opportunities within a service environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor and stellar phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently in a busy, high-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other applicable computer programs
- High school diploma (College preferred)
- Ability to perform data entry and sit for long periods of time while using a headset
Responsibilities
- Maintain strong customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
- Receive and place customer service telephone calls, complete web forms, and respond to emails
- Enter and process orders for new and existing customers
- Investigate issues and resolve customer complaints
- Update and manage customer databases
- Actively promote Terminix products and services
- Monitor the route and status of field technicians to coordinate and prioritize their schedule
- Relay work orders, messages, and information to and from technicians and field management
