Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional care by identifying coverage gaps and relevant discounts for customers.
- Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies.
- Assist existing policyholders with service requests and policy modifications.
- Navigate complex product offerings to match the right insurance carrier to the customer.
- Process service requests regarding vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documentation.
- Actively contribute to product improvement by sharing customer feedback with the team.
