Requirements
- Master’s degree in a subject related to health services research (e.g., health economics, public policy, health policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, or public health).
- 0-2 years of relevant prior research experience, including research conducted for undergraduate or graduate programs.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages: R, Python, SQL, or SAS.
- Ability to work effectively individually and as part of a diverse team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and balance competing demands.
- Willingness to learn and share knowledge.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design RWE studies and develop study protocols and analysis plans.
- Prepare and perform analyses of primary and secondary data.
- Serve as the analytics expert on cross-functional project teams.
- Communicate study results effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct data feasibility assessments and manage study reports.
