Requirements
- 1+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
- Comfortable using SQL and Python.
- Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact.
- Clear, persuasive communication skills with the ability to influence leadership-level decisions.
- First principles thinking approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work directly with stakeholders to explain complex findings.
Responsibilities
- Own the analytical function for a business unit end-to-end.
- Define business questions and identify necessary data to inform decision-making.
- Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, and design experiments.
- Surface data insights that move team key metrics.
- Bring recommendations to counterparts in product, growth, finance, or operations.
- Drive team towards business goals through data-informed next steps.
