Requirements
- 4+ years of experience designing digital campaign work, including email design.
- Portfolio of work showcasing fashion, beauty, CPG, ecommerce, or luxury projects.
- Strong campaign art direction skills, beyond simple flow production.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience in at least two of the following: fashion, beauty, CPG, or accessories.
- Professional written English skills.
- Ability to work during the core overlap of 9am to 1pm EST.
- Portfolio link required with application.
- Klaviyo experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design campaign email and SMS for a set of assigned brands, including weekly sends, promos, drops, and launches.
- Build and extend each brand's visual system covering type, photography treatment, color, and merchandising.
- Translate strategist briefs into high-quality, professional visual executions.
- Push back on briefs that result in generic work.
- Build in Figma and execute designs in Klaviyo while maintaining high visual standards.
- Participate in creative critique sessions, giving and receiving design feedback.
