Requirements
- Proven experience at an agency servicing 9-figure ecommerce or DTC brands.
- Exceptional email design portfolio featuring campaign art direction rather than just flow production.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor design team members.
- Strong understanding of visual systems, custom typography, and photography treatment.
- Professional written and spoken English proficiency.
- Ability to work 9am to 5pm EST daily.
- Residency in Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, or Costa Rica.
Responsibilities
- Design the initial email assets for all new agency clients.
- Develop unique visual systems for brands including typography, photography treatments, and merchandising layouts.
- Maintain high design standards across all client campaigns, ensuring output avoids generic template aesthetics.
- Provide art direction and briefs for graphic designers, conducting critiques to maintain quality.
- Collaborate with US-based strategists and copywriters to translate project briefs into high-end visual executions.
