Requirements
- Proven experience at an agency servicing 8-9-figure ecommerce/DTC brands.
- Exceptional email design portfolio demonstrating campaign art direction.
- Hands-on design capability; this is a player-coach role.
- Experience leading designers, including briefing and providing design critique.
- Mastery of Figma.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Versatility across different categories such as fashion, beauty, CPG, and luxury accessories.
- Fluent professional English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to work 9am-5pm EST.
- Residency in Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Peru, or Ecuador.
Responsibilities
- Design the first emails for every new client to set the visual system.
- Develop visual systems including type, photography treatment, color, and merchandising for each brand.
- Maintain high design quality across the entire book of business.
- Lead and mentor graphic designers by briefing, critiquing work, and raising standards.
- Perform campaign-level art direction for weekly sends, promos, and drops.
- Partner with strategists and copywriters to elevate creative output from briefs.
