Requirements
- Experience art directing for an agency or brand at 9-figure ecommerce scale.
- Must provide a professional portfolio link demonstrating campaign art direction.
- Ability to execute custom display type, photography treatments, and sophisticated merchandising.
- Experience leading and briefing designers.
- Mastery of Figma.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to work in a player-coach capacity with hands-on design responsibilities.
- Must be based in Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, the United States, or Canada.
- Ability to work core overlap hours of 9am to 5pm EST.
Responsibilities
- Design the first emails for every new client personally.
- Develop unique visual systems for each brand, including typography, photography treatment, and motion.
- Maintain high design quality across the agency's entire book of business.
- Brief and critique graphic designers to ensure all output meets established creative standards.
- Lead campaign-level art direction for weekly sends, promotions, and product drops.
- Partner with strategists and copywriters to elevate creative output from briefs.
