Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in business, finance, or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize competing demands.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and adapting to change.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/case management tools (preferred).
- Exposure to subscription billing, quoting, or contract administration (preferred).
- Familiarity with SaaS or subscription-based business models (preferred).
- Interest in AI-enabled tools and process automation (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Create, review, and process Marketplace quotes ensuring accuracy of pricing and contractual details.
- Process product corrections and cancellation quotes per established policies.
- Validate quote and billing information prior to execution to prevent errors.
- Resolve day-to-day requests from the Shared Services queue.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within Salesforce and related systems.
- Partner with internal teams to respond to Customer Success inquiries regarding case status.
- Flag recurring issues or discrepancies to senior specialists for resolution.
