Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in business, finance, or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize competing demands.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and adapting to change.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/case management tools preferred.
- Exposure to subscription billing, quoting, or contract administration preferred.
- Familiarity with SaaS or subscription-based business models preferred.
- Interest in AI-enabled tools and process automation preferred.
Responsibilities
- Create, review, and process Marketplace quotes ensuring accuracy of pricing and contractual details.
- Process product correction and cancellation quotes following established policies.
- Validate quote and billing details to prevent downstream errors.
- Resolve day-to-day requests from the Shared Services queue.
- Support case routing, data validation, and use of AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in Salesforce and related systems.
- Partner with internal teams including Marketplace Strategy, Sales, Finance, and Customer Success.
- Escalate ambiguous or non-standard scenarios to senior team members.
