Requirements
- Production LLM experience with Claude or OpenAI in live systems.
- RAG system experience including embeddings, retrieval, chunking, and context handling.
- 2+ years of experience with TypeScript and Node.js.
- 2-3 years of experience building end-to-end systems spanning backend, AI pipelines, and frontend.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
- Strong React skills in component architecture, state management, and performance.
- PostgreSQL expertise in queries, migrations, indexing, and optimization.
- Experience with API integrations (REST, OAuth, webhooks).
- Linux server proficiency including SSH, log analysis, and deployments.
- Experience with AWS Lambda, Terraform, and Docker.
- Must be available during Eastern Time business hours.
Responsibilities
- Classify inbound messages and generate contextual responses using AI pipelines.
- Transform raw data into structured sales intelligence briefs and rapport hooks.
- Maintain vector databases, implement chunking strategies, and build async ingestion workers for RAG systems.
- Process multi-source data to generate trends, forecasts, and content drafts.
- Develop multi-agent quality gates to audit and generate content with citations.
- Build AI-driven lead qualification and scoring systems.
- Maintain Slack-integrated executive assistant operations and automated workflows.
- Debug classification errors and optimize LLM cost, latency, and performance.
