Requirements
- 1+ years of professional hands-on experience building both frontend and backend applications.

- Proficiency with at least one backend stack (Node/Express, Python/Django/Flask, or Java/Spring).
- Solid understanding of frontend and backend integration via APIs.
- Strong ability to debug issues that span frontend and backend boundaries.
- Clear and effective documentation and communication skills.
- Interest in AI development and its technical challenges.
Responsibilities
- Create Reinforcement Learning Environments that test AI model capabilities in full-stack software development.
- Develop reproducible environments and golden reference solutions for complex software problems.
- Contribute high-quality code samples and debugging insights using languages like JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, or Go.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across UI, API, and database layers.
- Build end-to-end features from interface to data layer following robust coding standards.
- Improve existing codebase consistency and maintainability.
- Document reasoning and technical decisions to support high-quality AI training data.
- Review peer-contributed code and technical submissions for accuracy and clarity.
