Requirements
- Experience as a Product Manager with exposure to growth.
- Demonstrable experience driving AI-native products or ways of working.
- Experience working in a fast-moving, 0→1, and frequently disrupted environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build credibility and influence across functions.
- Technical fluency to partner credibly with engineering teams.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change.
Responsibilities
- Own growth for a core product area end to end, including acquisition, activation, adoption, and retention.
- Partner with core product PMs and engineers to integrate high-impact growth ideas into roadmaps.
- Design growth mechanisms directly into the product, such as discovery-led acquisition loops.
- Rally cross-functional teams around specific, measurable growth outcomes.
- Work across engineering, marketing, and GTM teams to embed funnel- and journey-thinking into the product development process.
