Requirements
- Proven experience in an IT support or help-desk function.
- Strong proficiency with macOS including terminal usage and system troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace administration.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN).
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles like endpoint security and access controls.
- Excellent written communication skills for documentation and remote collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to work self-directedly in a remote environment.
- Curiosity and technical aptitude for system administration and automation.
- Experience with MDM platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure or infrastructure-as-code is a plus.
- Scripting ability in Python, Bash, or JavaScript is a plus.
- Exposure to compliance frameworks such as SOC2 or ISO 27001 is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Triage and resolve help-desk tickets for access, account, and hardware issues.
- Manage the end-to-end device lifecycle including procurement, configuration, and shipping.
- Execute employee onboarding and off-boarding processes, including account creation and security profile application.
- Administer Google Workspace user accounts, groups, and licenses.
- Support endpoint compliance and enforce security policies across the fleet.
- Maintain corporate software, manage SaaS licensing, and perform access reviews.
- Maintain office networking equipment and AV setups as needed.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, run-books, and training materials.
