Responsibilities
- Proactively place outbound calls to homeowners to identify and advance their project needs.
- Field inbound calls from homeowners responding to outreach, providing professional support.
- Match homeowners with the right professionals based on identified project requirements.
- Participate in pilots and tests to provide feedback on new tools, scripts, and processes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in designated systems.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to share best practices and support team goals.
