Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Software Engineering and Technical Leadership
- 3+ years leading engineering or technical teams
- Proven track record running agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) across multi-tiered or split engineering teams
- Working familiarity with LLMs and enterprise-scale systems
- Experience partnering with System Architects and cross-functional groups to unblock engineering teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience negotiating architectural and infrastructure decisions
- Hands-on implementation experience with Vercel AI SDK, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex (nice-to-have)
- Familiarity with agentic orchestration frameworks like AWS Step Functions (nice-to-have)
- Working knowledge of Amazon Bedrock APIs, Guardrails, and Knowledge Base configurations (nice-to-have)
- Understanding of vector retrieval strategies and in-memory data stores (nice-to-have)
- Experience designing for idempotency and stateful rollback in distributed AI pipelines (nice-to-have)
Responsibilities
- Serve as Scrum Master and Delivery Lead for engineering teams by organizing sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Convert technical notes and product input into consistent, clear engineering requirements and tickets.
- Balance AI prototyping demands with pipeline stabilization requirements.
- Manage cross-team dependencies and coordinate with Product, Cloud Ops, DevOps, and external contractors.
- Translate architectural guardrails into practical workflows for engineering teams.
- Partner with System Architects to implement AWS services securely while maintaining tenant isolation and regional compliance.
- Facilitate technical review sessions to determine storage strategies.
- Oversee evaluation frameworks for agent workflows to ensure deterministic behavior.
