Requirements
- Significant experience in delivery management, operations management, or program management within professional services or consulting.
- Proven experience building or improving governance systems, quality frameworks, and operational delivery infrastructure.
- Experience managing shared resource pools, capacity planning, and staffing models.
- Strong international delivery experience working across time zones and distributed teams.
- Proficiency in using delivery tracking tools, dashboards, and operational data for risk management.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders in a matrix organization.
- Proven experience in people development, career progression, and team culture building.
- Strong communication skills for presenting information to senior stakeholders.
- Builder mentality focused on creating scalable systems.
- Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
- Highly desirable: Experience in software license compliance, SAM, or IT asset management.
- Advantageous: Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or Six Sigma.
Responsibilities
- Build and improve delivery tracking, reporting infrastructure, dashboards, and engagement lifecycle frameworks.
- Establish and own the delivery operating system, including standards and governance processes.
- Provide leadership with accurate operational data covering budgets, risks, capacity, and resource status.
- Design quality frameworks and continuous improvement mechanisms to promote consistent standards.
- Manage shared resource pools, assessing capability and capacity across regions.
- Lead career development, training, onboarding, and performance improvement for technical teams.
- Build and strengthen a unified global team culture across geographies.
