Requirements
- 2+ years of software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in at least one of: Ruby/Rails, JavaScript/React, or Python.
- Experience working with APIs, databases, and data pipelines.
- Ability to read GraphQL schemas, debug integrations, and write migrations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build trust with customer stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive development decisions.
- Bias toward action and high ownership.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites regularly.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical implementation for new customers including API integrations, data mapping, and workflow configuration.
- Debug and resolve technical issues in the field, often on the same day they surface.
- Contribute directly to the codebase (Rails API, GraphQL, React) based on customer needs identified in the field.
- Build technical onboarding materials, API documentation, and integration guides.
- Identify and solve customer pain points to drive expansion and retention.
- Own the technical relationship and health of assigned accounts.
