Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Science, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience working with Infor OS application and data tools, including Infor Process Automation (IPA), Infor ION, Landmark Pattern Language (LPL), and Infor OS Data Fabric.
- Strong understanding of enterprise application development, systems analysis, integrations, and business requirements management.
- Experience working with APIs and integration technologies, including JSON and XML.
- Strong SQL programming skills and experience working with database technologies such as SQL Server and/or DB2.
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and develop practical, scalable solutions.
- Experience collaborating with IT and business stakeholders and the ability to influence decisions.
- Experience with software testing, user acceptance testing, performance validation, and production support.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality, accuracy, and responsiveness.
- Willingness to travel approximately 10% for projects.
Responsibilities
- Solicit, assess, and prioritize requests for system enhancements, translating business needs into clear business and technical requirements.
- Partner with business units to develop sustainable, scalable solutions for design, development, and implementation.
- Oversee the development and implementation of system enhancements involving internal teams and third-party resources.
- Serve as a technical point of contact for users, addressing questions and complex application challenges.
- Conduct root-cause analysis on system issues and coordinate appropriate resolutions with IT resources.
- Collaborate with external vendors on integration development, maintenance, and support.
- Test new and modified functionality, including supporting business leads through user acceptance testing.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including architecture, data flows, and disaster recovery plans.
