Requirements
- Proven experience building and maintaining a talent pool or community (interviewing and vetting candidates before roles open).
- Recruitment experience in at least one of these families: customer service/support, executive assistant, virtual receptionist/front desk, accounting/bookkeeping, or sales operations.
- Experience hiring for the U.S. market or with U.S. hiring managers.
- Ability to run multiple open roles simultaneously and close them on a deadline.
- Advanced written and spoken English proficiency.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday with most of the day overlapping US Central Time.
- Tech-comfortable with the ability to quickly learn new tools (ATS, AI, automation).
- Highly reliable home internet and work setup.
Responsibilities
- Proactively source, interview, and vet candidates for roles that are not open yet.
- Maintain a segmented and refreshed talent community with a consistent re-engagement cadence.
- Manage full-cycle hiring for multiple roles simultaneously with a 14-day fill deadline.
- Partner with hiring managers to define quality bars and defend shortlists with evidence.
- Respond to every candidate within 24 business hours.
- Lead recruitment improvement initiatives using AI and automation tools.
- Report performance data weekly and manage desk accountability.
