Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in mortgage servicing and/or loan transfer
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
- 2+ years of project management experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, and Word)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong client relations and presentation skills
- Proven problem-solving skills with ability to handle escalations
- Strong organizational skills and detail orientation
- Ability to coach, train, and mentor staff
- Ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization
Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, mentor and develop team responsible for the project management of inbound and outbound servicing transfers
- Manage transfer pipeline and assign work to team members
- Measure and report on employee performance and work output
- Oversee transfers to ensure timely and effective delivery
- Act as initial point of escalation for team members
- Participate and lead meetings with clients, transferors, and internal parties
- Evaluate loan transfer processes and maintain department reporting
