Requirements
- 6+ years in product management with direct experience engaging customers.
- Proven experience building projects end-to-end.
- Proven ability to operate autonomously in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Experience managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Experience spanning both software and hardware products.
- Familiarity with SaaS, Cloud, or IoT ecosystems.
- Skilled at structuring ambiguity and driving alignment across teams.
- Strong core product management and engineering acumen.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts with precision.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategy for introducing and scaling Axon’s full ecosystem across the region.
- Discover user and regional needs to ideate and build comprehensive engineering and product briefs.
- Work directly with distributed engineering and product teams to build localized features end-to-end.
- Collaborate with agencies and regional sales teams to translate operational needs into product priorities.
- Represent regional realities in global product planning, reflecting constraints such as infrastructure and procurement.
- Align internal product capabilities with external promises for multi-country deals.
- Engage in regional tenders and RFPs to guide proposal strategy and drive success.
