Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong JavaScript (ES5/ES6) programming skills.
- Expertise with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and UI Policies.
- Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Servers.
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model, CMDB, and Service Portal development.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom scoped applications.
- Perform hands-on configuration and development including workflows, Flow Designer, and scripting.
- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.
- Customize UI and perform platform extensions.
- Maintain platform best practices to ensure solutions remain upgrade-safe and performant.
